Michaela is the Producer of Locksmith's first short film Cardboard, directed by JP Vine. She is also a Production Manager on the upcoming feature Bad Fairies (Warner Bros. Animation, Locksmith Animation).

Michaela began her production career in 2016 at Mikros Animation, working on Sherlock Gnomes, before joining Framestore the following year. There, she contributed to the Oscar-nominated Christopher Robin (Disney) and Avengers: Infinity War (Marvel Studios).

Since joining Locksmith Animation in 2018, Michaela has risen through the ranks, starting as a Senior Art Coordinator on Ron’s Gone Wrong (Disney, Locksmith Animation) and advancing to Production Manager and producing. Outside of production, she has also spent three years managing Locksmith’s development team.

Beyond animation, Michaela has produced several live-action short films and is currently developing a feature horror project, which was amongst this year’s finalists in the horror category at the SLAMDANCE Screenplay Competition.
