Ciara is Head of HR. She has been at SISTER for 6 years now and her role spans across three dynamic companies: SISTER, known for its scripted drama, Dorothy St Pictures, a documentary production company and most recently joining the Locksmith Animation team.

Before joining SISTER, Ciara spent five years at DNEG, leading the Talent Team and was lucky in that role to work with the talented Feature Animation team at the early stages of their growth – including working on Ron’s Gone Wrong with the Locksmith team! Her earlier career included roles at Shine Group and Kudos, where she supported a range of TV production businesses in HR.
